- Event milestones reporting – status, cost, risks, etc
- Last minute Review/Rehearsal – where necessary
- Event coverage After the fact – event analysis

Have a safe Event!
- Entry and Exit areas are well marked for emergency services.
- Adequate provision for toilet and hand washing facilities.
- Clearly signed First Aid and Fire Extinguisher locations.
- Staff and Volunteers adequately inducted and trained.
- Amusement structures are not to be operated unless a current certificate of operation and inspection is available.
- Do not improvise especially when it comes to electrical circuits.
- Make sure there is clear communication line between event organizers and other contracted services.
- Fun and drinks within acceptable limits is greatly suggested.
- Don’t drink and drive nor let others drive under the influence.
